Navigating the Dashboard 101
The Dashboard is the hub of all of Soccer Guru's actions. Here's an overview and explanation of the Dashboard and how everything functions:
Log In
The first thing a user will need to do is log in to the Soccer Guru Dashboard. This is done in the same way a user would log in to Discord. Once logged in, users will see the Dashboard home screen with three tabs at the top: Home, Statistics, and Settings.
Home — Rewards
The Home tab is organised into three categories. The first is Rewards, which covers the core ways to grow your club:
Claim
Users can activate Claim to gain a new player for their squad. This resets every hour. A live timer on the row will count down the remaining cooldown in real-time, with a subtle progress bar showing how close you are to being ready. After claiming a new player, the user can choose to promote the player, sell the player for Credits, or simply dismiss the message. Players are automatically added to a user's squad.
Daily
Users can activate their Daily once per day to earn Credits, experience, or players. Completing a 7 Day streak earns the user a Gold 2 Player Pack. As with Claim, a timer and progress bar will let users know when they can activate their Daily again.
Free Reward
Users can claim 5000 Credits instantly. This action has its own cooldown timer, just like Claim and Daily.
Home — Voting
The Voting section allows users to earn rewards by upvoting Soccer Guru on different platforms:
Vote on top.gg
Upvoting Soccer Guru on top.gg rewards a user with players, XP, and Reroll Tokens. The user will receive better rewards the longer they continue their streak. Users can upvote Soccer Guru on top.gg every 12 hours. A timer on the row will show the amount of time until a user can vote again.
Vote on DBL
Upvoting Soccer Guru on Discord Bot List rewards users with 2 new players for their club. Users can vote every 12 hours. As with all actions, a timer shows the remaining cooldown.
Home — Matches
The Matches section is where the competitive action takes place. Unlike the Rewards and Voting sections, match rows show a Ready status in green when available rather than a clickable button — matches are started through Discord:
Friendly
Here users can go head-to-head with others in a Friendly. The default cooldown is 15 minutes, reduced to as low as 5 minutes for Premium subscribers. Playing a Friendly will not consume an attack or affect your Arena rank.
Arena
This is where users continue their journey to becoming the best Soccer Guru manager on Discord. Users can play an Arena match as long as they have an attack and they are not in the cooldown period (30 minutes). Attacks are incremented by 1 every 4 hours for all users or every 2 hours for Premium subscribers. Attacks can stack up to 6 for all users and 12 for Premium users.
Statistics
The Statistics tab gives an overview of a user's profile and competitive performance:
Balance & Level
At the top of the Statistics tab, users can see their current Credit balance (with a refresh button) and their Level progress. The level bar shows current XP, how much is needed for the next level, and a percentage progress indicator.
Overview
The Overview section displays four key stats: Arena Rank (with a coloured border matching your rank tier), Attacks Left, Daily Streak, and Vote Streak. Users can tap the info icon on their Arena Rank card to view all available ranks.
Match Record
Below the Overview is a detailed Match Record showing Wins, Draws, and Losses for both All Time and This Season.
Settings
The Settings tab lets users manage their Dashboard preferences. Each preference can be toggled on or off:
Claim Reminder
When enabled, the Dashboard will send a browser notification as soon as the Claim cooldown expires, so users never miss a claim. This is a Premium-only feature.
Vote Reminder
Similar to the Claim Reminder, this sends a browser notification when a vote cooldown expires. This is a Premium-only feature.
Auto-Vote
When enabled, Soccer Guru will automatically cast votes on your behalf when they become available. This is a Premium-only feature.
Reminders
Desktop users can use the Reminder feature. Users can click the Bell icon at the top of the Dashboard to receive alerts as soon as their commands become active. Note: Users must have the Soccer Guru Dashboard open as a Tab on their web browser for Reminders to be active.
